Coogan Auctioneers is an estate agent based in Co. Kilkenny. This agent’s website was a one pager, ranks poorly on google and was not mobile responsive.

The Process.

The project kicked off with a client meeting to onboard all members of staff. The design was agreed on, keywords that the business would like to rank for identified and ranked in order of importance. Members of staff identified what made their agency unique.

Coogan Auctioneers have, within 9 months, moved from position 16 in the search results to a the top position for their chosen keyword, “Auctioneer Kilkenny”. 

They have had a 175% increase in their traffic over the last 9 months.

Staff are now competent with the latest workings of their website.
